Moujan Vahdat entered into a business partnership with Enzo Gracie. Renzo Gracie is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 7th Degree Black Belt. Gracie opened in 1996 the Renzo Gracie Academy in Midtown Manhattan, which continues being one of the world’s leading schools in martial arts.

Moujan Vahdat, through a related entity, is proud to participate in the 10th Anniversary of the landmark and successful French and West African cuisine restaurant, Ponty Bistro, located at the corner of 139th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. in New York City. “I am very proud of what Ponty Bistro has achieved during the Covid pandemic, serving over 15,000 meals free of charge to the Harlem Community. Looking forward to the next 10 years!” says Vahdat.

One such success story is the Promesa Housing Development Fund Corporation (Promesa HDFC), having been housing 46 formerly homeless adults and 60 children in the Bronx for nearly 10 years.

Moujan Vahdat, born October 1954, is a business visionary with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Moujan made his first acquisition in 1984, and since then has bought and sold over 20 properties and currently owns and manages 10 properties.
